During your first trimester, you might be dealing with morning sickness, heavy fatigue and a slew of other fun hormonal side effects. Nearing the end of your pregnancy, you’ll want to avoid sitting for long periods or putting unnecessary pressure on your back. Traveling during the third trimester is usually not recommended for health reasons and for logistics (what if you went into labor?).
